How long will it take to get my phone service on? |
It depends on the date and time that you submitted your order. We do not activate service on the weekends, it would be between the days of Monday-Friday that we would be able to activate phone service.Normally it is active within 24 hrs baring any problems in the Texas area. Outside of the Texas area it can take 1 to 3 business days. Also If you signed up for a life line service they will not active your service until you fax in your life line paperwork to validate that you are receiving assistants. |

Do I have to pay anything to get setup for phone service? |
The only areas that have a $O down is the Sbc Areas or Bellsouth areas, any other areas outside of those areas would have a activation fee of $40 to $80 dollars to get set up. The only area we do not do is the wind stream areas. |

Where do you provide phone service? |
We provide phone service throughout most of the USA.
At Absolute Telecom, we believe that everyone should have affordable access to home phone service. We serve anyone and everyone guaranteed. Absolute Telecom provides service in the AT&T, BellSouth and Southwestern Bell coverage areas in the following states: The blue areas we do provide service there is just on average a activation fee of 40-80 dollars to get set up.

Do you provide technical support if I have wiring problems? |
Yes, In the Texas areas we would provide only repairs on the outside of your home the inside you would be responsible. Anything outside of the Texas area we would provide inside and outside repair, not installation of phone jacks of any kind, just repairs. |

Do you provide long distance? |
Yes, we do not have unlimited long distance only by the minute. How the long distance works is that it is $10 dollars for 500 minutes for our minimal plan. |

What is a life line service? |
Eligibility for Lifeline and Link-up varies by state, however, in most states you may be eligible if you already participate in one or more of the following government aid programs:

Example it would be the medicaid paper that the goverment sends you stating that you receive assistants. you do not have to fax your ID or Social Sercuity card Just the 1st page of your paperwork, thats all. |

Can we keep our same phone number? |
It depends, If your service is active and is not a cable company or a voip company we have about a 95% chance of switching your phone service. Also if you have dsl internet with that company you will need to cancel the internet before we can switch the telephone number. |

I submitted a order and have not received a response? |
Ok, If it's during the office hours between 9:00am to 5:30pm central time Monday-Friday, you should receive a response within 1 hour through email. If you do not receive a response please call us at 1-877-801-9170. If you sign up after business hours you will receive a response the following morning and should receive a response by 10:30am central time through email, if you do not please call us at 1-877-801-9170 to make sure we did receive your order correctly. If you signed up Saturday or Sunday please be patient you should receive a response before Monday morning if not please call customer support at 9:00am Monday morning to confirm that we did receive your order. |

Do you do a credit check for phone service? |
No credit check is required to get phone services. A social security is not required or a ID to get phone service with us. So everyone is approved! |

How does the internet work? |
We have 3 Internet plans the first 2 a phone is required, there is no set up fee just the first month payment of either $4.97 or $7.47 it does come with a money back guarantee and 1 month of service. We do offer dsl Internet that runs from $20 to $40 dollars a month there is a credit check to get started. |

Where do we provide Electric Service? |
We just provide Electric service in most of the Texas area and Some parts of the USA. You do have to pay the Bedroom price to set your service up. There is no credit check and everyone qualifies for the Texas area. |
